- The best way to get involved is to adopt a cow. You can choose the cow you would like to adopt. Please send a check or money order made out to Lakshmi Cow Sanctuary to help with the maintainance of your adopted cow. We are a registered not for profit organization in the State of Pennsylvania and with the Federal Government as well, so your contribution is tax deductable.
